This Privacy Policy describes how PromptVerse (“we”, “us”) handles information in the PromptVerse mobile apps. Use this page as the privacy URL in Google Play Console and App Store Connect: https://promptverse.us/privacy.

1. Who we are

PromptVerse is an AI prompt discovery app for Android and iOS. We do not require a user account to browse or copy prompts.

2. Information we handle

On your device (not used to create a PromptVerse login):

• Favorites
• Search and viewing history
• Download list and local unlock state
• PromptVerse Pro entitlement restored from Apple or Google

You can clear on-device data in the app: Profile → Delete / Reset Local Data.

If you contact us: your email address and message content, so we can reply.

If you report content: the prompt ID, reason, and any text you submit. Used only to review the catalog.

Catalog content: prompts, categories, videos, and settings are loaded from our cloud catalog (Firebase) so the app can show the latest library. This is app content, not your private profile.

3. Ads (free version)

The free version uses Google AdMob (and may use Google Ad Manager / AdX if we enable it). Ads may include banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open formats.

• iOS: we may ask for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you can still use the app; ads may be less personalized.
• Android: Google may use the advertising ID according to your device ads settings and Google’s policies.
• In regions that require it, we show a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before requesting personalized ads.
• Google and its partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies as described in Google’s policies.
• PromptVerse Pro removes ads.

You can also manage ads in Google Ads settings, Apple tracking settings, and in the app under Profile → Ad / Privacy choices.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions and unlocks are processed by Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. We do not receive your full payment card number. Apple and Google handle payment data under their privacy policies.

5. Third-party services

The apps may use:

• Google Firebase (app configuration and catalog)
• Google AdMob / advertising SDKs
• Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases
• Content delivery for images and videos (including third-party or our storage URLs)

Third-party AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and others) are not part of PromptVerse. If you paste a prompt into those apps, their privacy policies apply.

6. Children

PromptVerse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, email [email protected].

7. Data retention

• On-device data stays until you reset it or uninstall the app.
• Support emails are kept as needed to resolve your request.
• Content reports are kept as needed for safety and catalog quality.

8. Your choices

• Reset local data in the app
• Manage ad / privacy choices in Profile → Ad / Privacy choices (where available)
• iOS: decline tracking when asked
• Android: reset or opt out of ads personalization in Google settings
• Manage subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store
• Email us about a report you submitted

9. International processing

Our service providers (including Google) may process data in other countries. They apply their own safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
