Use this page as the Support URL in App Store Connect and as the public contact page for Google Play.

We can help with product questions, restore issues, and content reports. Include whether you are on Android or iOS, and your app version if you know it.

Restore purchases

In the app: Profile → Restore Purchases.
Android: confirm you are signed into the same Google account used for the purchase, then restore.
iOS: confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID, then restore. Manage plans in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Ads and tracking

Free users may see labeled ads. PromptVerse Pro removes ads.
iOS: you can decline App Tracking Transparency when asked.
In-app: Profile → Ad / Privacy choices (where Google requires a privacy options form).

Report content

Use the report option on a prompt in the app, or email us with the prompt title and reason.
