Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the PromptVerse mobile application. Use this page as the terms URL in App Store Connect (custom EULA / Terms of Use) and as a linked legal page on Google Play: https://promptverse.us/terms.
1. The service
PromptVerse provides prompt templates, categories, and tutorials for creative use with third-party AI tools. PromptVerse does not generate images or text inside the app. Results depend entirely on the external AI service you use.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own creative work. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the PromptVerse catalog as a competing product.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- How you use copied prompts in ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or any other tool
- Complying with those tools’ terms and with applicable law
- Not using the app or prompts for illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, including any sexual content involving minors
We may remove catalog items and restrict access if we believe these Terms are violated.
4. Accounts
A PromptVerse user account is not required. Admin tools, if any, are separate and not part of the consumer app license.
5. Subscriptions (PromptVerse Pro)
- Pro may include premium prompts, an ad-free experience, and early access to new prompts, as described in the app at the time of purchase.
- Plans may include weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Android: payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
- iOS: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your store account settings.
- Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund rules. You can Restore Purchases in Profile.
If you use Apple’s Standard EULA in App Store Connect, these Terms still apply to your use of PromptVerse features to the extent allowed by Apple.
6. Ads
The free app may show third-party ads. Pro removes ads as described in the app.
7. Intellectual property
Prompts, layout, branding, and tutorials in PromptVerse are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party names (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and similar) are trademarks of their owners. PromptVerse is not affiliated with those companies.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We do not warrant that prompts will produce any particular image or result. Third-party AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or restricted by that service.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PromptVerse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you generate with other apps.
9. Changes and availability
We may update the catalog, features, prices, and these Terms. We may discontinue the app or parts of it. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where required, notify you in the app or store listing.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend access if you misuse the service or if we shut down the product.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
